Product Training - Sales
Articulate Storyline + Vyond
Challenge: Sales reps were unfamiliar with ancillary/add-on products and were missing critical opportunities for increased revenue.
Solution: I worked with Sales leadership and SMEs to outline, write, design & create modules to educate and prepare reps for real-world scenarios including how to start the conversation with prospects, talk tracks, and types of businesses that were easier to place.
Result: Armed with product knowledge, a strategy, and an understanding of the incentive structure, ancillary sales increased more than 20% in the following year.

Talent Acquisition Operational Training for Hiring Managers
Articulate Rise eLearning & Workshop Design
Challenge: To align hiring managers across the business and new Talent Acquisition staff on the company's hiring approach, process, interview best practices, and candidate assessment tools.
Solution: In collaboration with TA, I designed a 2-part solution including a foundational prerequisite elearning detailing the hiring & evaluation process, followed by a live workshop focused on applying START interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
Result: Reduced corporate risk and greater consistency in the hiring, interview and assessment process.

Annual Instructor-Led Sales Training
Facilitator Guide
Challenge: New Sales leadership wanted a complete overhaul of the annual in-person 4-day sales training.
Solution: After training goals and objectives were defined with leadership, I worked closely with the National Sales Trainer to develop the curriculum, exercises, talking points and additional materials used in the training. This was a working copy of the Facilitator guide.
Result: Sales leadership and participants reported high engagement, and evaluation scores increased from around 5 to above 8 out of 10.
